We provide transparent health records and pre-delivery checks for every calf. If issues arise within a reasonable settling period, contact us and we will work toward a fair resolution.
Most deliveries occur within 1–3 weeks depending on distance and breed availability. We confirm delivery windows after your reservation is made.
We communicate delivery windows and provide updates throughout transport. Please note that weather and logistics may occasionally affect timing, and we will keep you informed of any changes.
We accept Chime, Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Gift Card. Your preferred payment method is selected at checkout. Payment method must be confirmed before your order is processed.
Deposits secure your livestock and are generally non-refundable after confirmation. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as promptly as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Provide shelter, fresh water, and a gradual feed transition. Monitor behavior and appetite closely, and limit stressors during the first 72 hours. We share care guidelines before delivery to help you prepare.
Secure fencing, clean water, shade or shelter, and appropriate feed should all be in place before arrival. We also recommend having a local veterinarian contact ready, and a quarantine plan if you are introducing calves to an existing herd.
Buyers are responsible for day-to-day care once the calf has been delivered. We provide detailed guidelines to help ensure a smooth transition, and we remain available to answer questions during the settling-in period.
